Saying that madara planned this without proof is a little much. In truth we don't know if kakashi is able to unlock the sharigan different stages as of current chapters. What I mean is with the reveal that obito was alive we aren't sure if kakashi himself unlocked ms or even 3 tomoe sharingan because as we say in the latest chapter obito is still able to see the the eye he gave kakashi. It is going to be revealed soon exactly how kakashi and obito unlocked 3 tomoe and ms. It is quite possible that since obito was still alive that when he continued through the stages of his sharingan that in correspondence the eye that kakashi also evolved. Of course this is just my personal theory on the two.

Um.... I don't realy think that it would be a zetzu..... I don't think zetzus exactly cry or have that kind of emotion..... maybe a genjustu? or not. The zeztus did say that kakashi and rin were being attacked by jōnin and ANBU-level Kirigakure shinobi, so maybe it was out of confustion of the enemy? I know that kakashi woun't just straight up kill rin like that..... uhhhh -_- chapter 605 needs to come out now! Becuase I seriously din't see that comming.
