ok when madara was about to be hit by the night moth he stated it distorting the space around him and it. so could night moth be considered a space time technique?

From what I can tell from the panel, stuff was being pulled towards him basically distorting physical matter.
Making the ends of Madaras staff pull in towards him. Kind of like him having his own gravitational pull
