The same people who put Danzo in power will decide Sasuke's fate. His only hope is Tsunade, really.

lol, I seriously doubt Kishi would execute Sasuke. Most likely TNJ will be a major factor, and sasuke will probably be accepted back. OR, the other possibility is Sasuke dying in battle. In a way that he is fondly remembered in Naruto Akkipuden flashbacks. All "OVER 9000!!!" of them.

Nah! My man sasuke ain't dying until he fights naruto lol that's just an opinion though, coz I think naruto vs sasuke is likely to happen so I'm doubting he's gonna die in battle but anyways it's all an opinion he'll most likely be accepted back, because TNJ is just too powerful
