Guys can any one tell me why Samehadais not used by B?

Samehada eats chakra right. so againt madara it can eat his Susanoo and Samehada has the ability to transfer the chakra it has absorbed to the wielder by partially fusing with them, so it can be used to either regenerate injuries or replenish their chakra reserves. so Killer B dont even require medical nin to help him. wht do u guys say?
