If a women was pregnant close to giving birth during the IT summoning....

Would the tree pierce her body to reach the fetus and to attach to it ? This would result in killing the prime organism right ?...

No...the child would still be in infinite tsukyomi and would count as still being one with yhe mother. Si the mother being includes the child. Also you soellrd question wrong

Not all are born with chakra so it's safe to say that a fetus wouldn't be hit by IT/MT. (If an only if the kid doesn't have strong chakra natures as a fetus like Naruto did, then the child could survive in the mother's womb) IMO
