he can use summoning jutsu which is a ninjutsu.

yes guy can, he was shown using the summoning jutsu near the beginning and i think he choose to use taijutsu to prove to lee that u can be an excellent ninja with just taijutsu reinforcing lees ninja way

Guy Can use Ninjutsu, He can summon Turtles, and He is proficient at Genjutsu. He doesnt use Ninjutsu Because he wasnts to be a rolemodel to Rock Lee and show him that even tho Guy can Use Ninjutsu, Taijutsu is so badass that he doesn't need Ninjutsu to be a Powerful Ninja

besides that i just wanted to add That Guy Must know at least 2 elements to be a jounin so he definitely has ninjutsu
