Guy vs Kisame with Samehada?

This is NOT commit suicide battle like 8th gate and Kisame kills himself with water prison jutsu along with his shark inside the water.

Okay, if Kisame has Samehada on the same battlefield Guy fought Kisame in the ocean for the third time, then who wins?

Kisame lost to 7th Guy without Samehada, and Guy soloed him with Hirudora. However, can Guy seperate Samehada from Kisame when 100 of sharks around attacking him instantly? Even Kisame got hit by Hirudora, then he can still get more chakra from Samehada and fight Guy.

Any thoughts?

He would beat Kisame with Samehada in an area wo water source because AoE of Hirudora would blow up the waterdome.

Nope... The battle would probably go about the same way, with Hirudora knocking Kisame to the ground but this time Samehada could simply heal him and thus replenish his stamina, after that Gai is finished.

But there is nothing which prevents Samehada from coming back to Kisame? Also what if Kisame had already fused with his sword?
Samehada can absorb chakra from him without Gai having to use any chakra based jutsu, that much is certain, it doesn't even have to make any contact to absorb incredible amounts of Gai's stamina. Meaning, if Gai challenges Kisame in close combat, he won't last for long unless he really finds a way to get rid of Samehada.

In other words, Samehada constantly feeds from Kisame's chakra when he is not fighting, this should provide a pool large enough to heal Kisame from any injuries he might suffer throughout the whole battle.

Kisame has shown to heal himself with samehada. Kisame is OP so does Guy, however as for Guy he will instantly lose if he did use Hirudora. His stamina won't stay for so long, and Kisame can just kill Guy after recovering. It's true what you said about Samehada, it can only absorb both chakra and chakra based jutsus, but you have to remember that Samehada still has the ability to recover Kisame at any moment.

In other words, Guy have to seperate Samehada from Kisame so he can fight freely, but if he cannot, then Kisame wins.

Kisame the suiton user was in the ocean.
That's his home turf.His attacks and speed are at its peak in this area
His ultimate justu is to absorb the chakra of the opponents attack and send it back.
Which simply doe not work on guy.Kisame still loses
