okay i think this is an even match up because
hiashi:
eyes whose insight surpasses the sharingan
master of gentle fist
years of experience
vacuum palm for short to mid range
jubbi hand blocking vacuum palm
rotation can protect him from most attacks (it protected him from the juubi)
guy:
reflexes honed from numerous battles and intense training
speed and strength provided by the gates
master of strong fist
morning peacock
hirudora
also has years of experience
location: gaara vs kimimaro
distance: deidara vs sasuke
knowledge: full
intent: to kill
hiashi can stop guys heart but one of guys attacks can cause massive amounts of external and internal damage, vacuum palm is did range so guy wont be doing any stupid moves he'll be keeping his distance, the giant vacuum palm is also deadly but so is hirudora and where hiashi has rotation guy has 7th gate speed to dodge attacks like the normal vacuum palm
SUMMARY
both their styles are deadly and both are OHK's so it depends on who strikes first, attacks like 64 palms and morning peackock wont be used realistically in this fight because they would both be weary of the others pwerful techs
