Guy opening the 8ht gate?

Will Guy open the 8ht gate (will he die)? We've seen in the previous chapter his jutsu (Daytime Tiger) which can be used when person opens the 7th gate. What do you think?

it would be badass if he did, he most likely will open the 8th gate cause there fighting the most powerfull ninja in the world and i think hes gonna open it if kakashi dies or is fatally wounded.

gai WILL definitely open the 8th gate for the cost of his life... they have thier backs against the wall in their situation and they are battling 2 of the strongest characters in NV, so i really think he will make a sacrifice. it's would be sad though to see gai die, he is one of my favorite characters.

It would be awesome to see the 8th gate no doubt, i just hope it lives up to it's reputation and everyone's expectations.

However, as bad ass as it may be, it will be hard to see him go.
