So the force of Guy's EE punch was comparable to NaruSasu's combined attack therefore his punches have the power to break all things in creation plus he is above the power of the five kage just like Madara and Bijuu/Juubi.

Chakra is not magic, chakra is spiritual energy inside human body circulating. When applied with NV rules like hand seal, mixing body energy and spiritual energy, it will turned into weapon(ninjutsu).

Kaguya/BZ actually refered that "dimension" statement toward the core planet of Kaguya dimensions. When Kaguya bust her core dimension planet, it will effected all planets in every dimensons that connected to Kaguya core planet dimensions. Her TSB will shape all planets that connected with her core planet into new form.

There is no need for Kaguya to reshaped back all universe. But still that kind of ability is out of her reached.

Shinju actually a creation of NV real god and sent it to Naruto world for unknown purpose. But the logical fact was Naruto world already exist when Shinju is planted there.
