Minato can't even harm and touch Madara in some way even he is one of the fastest shinobi who ever exist. Guy will put up a better fight against Madara without using The Eight Gates Open, and Guy is fast and strong. His Taijutsu cannot be cancelled by Madara, only Ninjutsu can be absorb by it. Minato got soloed by Madara by just a kick and flew away like a fodder. Since Minato is an Edo tensei, his body inside can be cut faster than a normal body because they got bones and it makes it harder to cut. But it doesn't change anything..... Minato look so exhasuted, and I mean he is supposed to have unlimits chakra.

Rikudo Madara can probably solo Guy, however it has been stated that Madara can be beaten by a powerful Taijutsu user, so it won't be any problem for Guy.

My point is that, Guy can defeat Minato in one vs one.... I'm talking about without Edo tensei.

Any thoughts?

I don't see Minato soloes Guy.... HOWEVER Minato is sure very powerful.

He can sense his opponent, his reaction speed is great, however not so great than Tobirama, FTG techs, intelligence, GREAT chakra control....

I have to admit that I was surprised when Minato could do seals with just one arm, imo... AND, confirmation of how fast Minato's Rasengan execution is, so by that he switched from sealing jutsu to Rasengan in an instant. He could even entered Sage Mode in an instant combined with FTG and Rasengan combo less than 1 seconds. But what do you expect from Minato? That man is one of the most deadliest opponent to face against.

But Guy can actually defeat Minato in one vs one since I think Guy has a better chance to face Madara, lmfao.... Did you see how Guy blocked that black sphere from Madara? Even Minato would have been slashed into pieces if he got hit, but he could either jump away with FTG or save the others with Space-Time Barrier.

Nope, I stated that Guy will put up a better fight against Madara than Minato, HOWEVER I didn't said that Guy can defeat Madara, but he can actually harm him, that's all.

Lol no. I'm going to show how exaggerated Guy's feat this chapter really was. Some are saying that Guy's faster than Minato because Minato got beat in CQB by Madara while Guy intercepted the orbs off-panel.

Here's how that feat's exaggerated. Base Naruto according to the 3rd databook is 3.5 while Sasuke's is 4.5. Yet, during the kage summit, this happened.

This goes to show that intercepting an attack off-panel is not an accurate way to judge speed. Naruto, who's slower than Sasuke, managed to move faster than his attack. Minato was unable to beat Madara in an exchange of blows, but Guy saved Kakahi from one of Madara's attacks in a way very similar to what Naruto did to Sasuke.


conclusion: This chapter is not a good way to judge Guy vs Minato. P.S. @OP Guy was using Gates.

i think guy is amazing. He is definatly a huge asset to the comming stiuations.
That being said minato is one of the greatest ninjas to ever live.
right now .... guy would definatly win over minato.... but if minato got his arms back guy has no chance. LMFAO!!!!

Guy will lose to Minato badly, low diff infact, why? Because Minato is one of the worst type of opponents guy could ever face.

Guy relies on taijutsu and close quarter combat, if he gets anywhere near Minato and tries to engage him in taijutsu then it's over. Minato will 100% tag him and then it's FTG kunai decapitation GG.

Put guy in 7 gates and it's still the same outcome, Minato is still faster than him, sage mode not required. Guy would need to change his approach and attack from long range while keeping his distance at all times to make this more of a fight. Morning peacock would be Guy's best friend in this scenario as well as daytime tiger. But spamming those is just going to strain his body and slow him down. And with ftg it is all so easy to evade.
