Guy pretty much sayed that his eight gates can take 6 bijuu at once. Apparently you get stronger/faster with every gate you open.

Opening this gate gives the user power that is even beyond the five Kage, but comes at the expense of the user's death shortly after.

He could beat nagato since
1) He couldn't keep up with him
2) He cant absorb his chakra since tai isnt chakra

He can fight on par with itachi imo since he can fight by looking at peoples chin and below

What are your comments?

I doubt he could hold his own against Itachi or Negato, you forget that opening those gates puts a massive strain on the body, one wrong move he's either dead or incapacitated for hours but I would agree with you that because of his adeptibility with Taijutsu he's at least number 9 or 10.

Nagato could kill him before Guy opens all his gates(Bansho Tenin+Human Path) and Itachi has Susanno to protect him and Amaterasu to kill Guy

I will go ahead and say that if he used the 8th gate, then yes, he would definitely be Top 10 in strength ...

... but then he'd die.

That being said, the 7th gate definitely puts him up there near the top as well in brute strength. Doesn't mean he'd win neccesarily, but it does me if he lands a hit, whoever he is fighting is screwed (unless Edo xd).

His speed would make the repulsion tech moot.
The asura path cannot absorb taijustu
The animal paths would be burned to cinders or in the case of the multiplying dog demon pushed backed by the afternoon tiger and morning peacock.The mechanical one was destroyed by naruto in sage mode with a single punch the same thing would happen here.
The power you gain in that state is suppose to be even greater then a kage but you die in the end so the least guy could pull off if he opens the final gate is a draw

How would he know Ama is coming and I am pretty sure if Sasuke's Incomplete Susanno was able to tank 4 hits, Itachi's full Susanno with Yata Mirror would be able to withstand all of Guy's attack and there is Itachi's finger genjutsu which I could see Guy falling for considering he isn't the smartest. Never mind Susanno Guy could drag the fight on until Itachi gets tired but I still say he falls for Itachi's genjutsu.

I think he is
I think he can beat Nagato cuz he can dash faster with the gate activated considering that bansho tein has 5 sec interval between use.
As for Amaterasu i think Gai will beat the Uchiha cuz they will need to aim the Amaterasu to use and about genjutsu i think he can beat them ( he can beat Itachi at their first battle and he stated that he the only one that can beat Kakashi's genjutsu).

I am pretty sure the manga has never stated something like that and let's say if what you stated is correct, why would Guy make a fighting style to avoid genjutsu when he could simply open 1 gate and be immune to genjutsu.

Until I see what 8 Gates can do, I'd say he's top 20, maybe top 15 at best
