Well even though Guy might get faster and stronger, we have to remember that Naruto in Sage Mode is on a whole other level as well.
And in his fight with Kisame, he did defeat him but not kill him (he probably could have but it doesn't matter). What i am saying that Guy's strongest attack (so far) wasn't enough to overpower Kisame and also kill him at the same time, but Kisame is just your regular shark ninja dude, he wasn't even fused with Samehada, basically he didn't have any kind of special defense, while Naruto in Sage mode on the other hand has increased resistance (as seen when fighting pain and when training for SM).
Both modes grant incredible power but are limited to the time they can be used, i think in the end it's all about who lasts longer... that or if Naruto hits Guy with a rasenshuriken, then it's all over xd

This is generally what I would think, but I dont think Guy will be hit by one either. Speed is a major factor in landing hits. The best thing Naruto has on his side is making clones to gather sage chakra for later use. If Naruto had this preparation set up, then Guy wouldn't last all the rasen-rengans. Still, if its a random-immediate match-up, then its Guy all the way.
Summarily, Guy will make Naruto wear that green spandex. And Naruto would like that. No really, it increases his battle prowess, doesn't it? >_>

One of the most amazing things about sage mode is that it protects against taijutsu more than ninjutsu and genjutsu and since gai is all about taijutsu... I don't think Gai's attacks are going to do a great deal of damage against SM naruto...
And gai is incredibly fast while in 7th gate.. way faster than SM naruto and probably a bit faster than KM naruto so it's going to be hard for naruto to attack gai as well..
So, how long they last in their upgraded level is going to determine who wins.... I think naruto can last quite a long time since Gai could only handle 7th gate for a couple minutes so.. I think Naruto should win at the end and not to mention his amazing endurance and stamina. xd
