Guy is an elite Jonin, and not foolish enough to deliberately look into the eyes and combat sharingan genjutsu. Unlike Kakashi.

Amaterasu is useless since pressure of opening 6 or 7 gate will work just like shinra tensei.
Tsykuyomi or any genjutsu is never landing on Gai.
Susanoo and Totsuka are easily dodged.
Yata is bypassed and Hirudora crush Susanoo from behind.

Why not? It's as easy as not looking up too far. Guy seemed pretty confident in his ability to read his opponent's movements from their feet. If Itachi does win v. Gai (I'm in no place to actually say or analyze who wins that matchup atm) it won't be with genjutsu.

and people forget that that genjutsu works only against fodders like Naruto .Chiyo,Sakura and Kakashi weren´t effected. Naruto sucked in chakra control back then.

That's not how genjutsu works. It was stated and shown that Itachi had already woven the signs for a genjutsu when Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura and Chiyo encountered him. Itachi pointing was him releasing it.
Naruto wasn't caught in an ocular genjutsu.

Genjutsu is not working on Gai
It was Itachi who run like ***** after Gai arrived deal with it.
Last time i checked Gai aint immune, eye contact is not necessary.
Itachi's genjutsu is on another level
Did you miss the change all its properties to block any attack part? Meaning if guy attacks from any direction, yata will adjust and block.
Oh and amaterasu can be used again, but it won't even get to that point.
