Mei - lava will melt crystal. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe crystallization is a cooling process and lava is simply too hot.
Kakashi - he already defeated Guren once. A single chidori was shown to shatter three of her crystal dragons
Minato - He blitzes her, or she gets overwhelmed by toad summons simply crushing her crystal structures via food cart destroyer
