all sasuke has to do is speed blitz...in fact anyone with top tier speed can 1 shot them all (I doubt ninja can tank bullets)

Im not saying they couldn't dodge a bullet knowing it was coming but I think if a gun is pointed straight at them from anything less then 50 yards they'll die before hearing the bullet go off
