Guns in NV

In Naruto, we have seen evidence of guns, and I'm sure you're all wondering why they don't use them. Well I believe that they don't use them because 1. The ninjas are most likely faster then a bullet at full speed (body flicker technique), 2. Ninja can probably use a ninjutsu to destroy the bullets (Kamui) and 3. They block bullets just like they block kunai. (Though I'm not so sure on this one)

There's a lot of mangas that has guns, i don't see any problem of kishimoto adding guns into the manga within a technique, a hax technique.
