It could be that registration is closed again. Not sure on this. but the last time the admins closed registration it took quite some time for them to open it up again.

let's be realistic here, the bulk of posts come from the NDS and the NMS

rp is a somewhat secluded environment in and of itself, and generally won't garner any further activity. closing registration every so often helps nobody in the long run, so it's not really like it's going to make it past 2015.
