It's most likely Kabuto, after accepting himself and escaping Izanami, he might heal Sasuke to re-pay him for helping him find himself.

Because Kabuto is a very skilled Medical ninja, and he also possess all those abilities still, even Karin's, so his medical ninjutsu is better than almost* anyone's.
