I think GTA V will be an overall better game than Storm 3, due to the massive maps, loads of cars, guns, more shit to do.
Storm 3 will be fun, but only for about a month... :|

I choose Storm 3, but my opinion shouldn't be taken seriously anyway. I'm using bias because I love the Storm series.
