Well i recently got my gta v along with storm 3 and will soon buy the last of us, i made searches on the net for quite a while and read some many people opinion on the matter but i wanted to ask naruto base gamers who have played both games which one they prefer? I have always been a fan of the gta series i played san andreas, gta v the lost and dammed and ballard of gay tony, but i also loved adventure games such as uncharted if im not mistaken was a hit and was made by the same people that created last of us , so which do you guys prefer?

Didn't played any of them but by what i saw and the reviews i think that gta V is better because you can play it more

I only played both for about and GTA online was helps fun but Lou was really awesome without a doubt that game is superior for me anyway but given the 100s of hours gta offers I don't know

You can just get lost in GTA. There gets to a point when too much open world just makes it all pointless.
Last of us was meant to bring out your feelings, and all the emotions and fears.
They're both too entirely different games, it's difficult to compare.

Last of us was cool and all but GTA V is just epic. There's so much they put into the game, you couldn't just simply play the story mode and say you've experienced it.
Like they even have back stories and made up events to make the game world more alive. Like there's a serial killer and you can go around finding the clues he left on stones and try and find him. There's a murder victim that if you go to a mountain at a certain time of the night you can see her ghost and a blood note. The playboy mansion is there, Rihanna is the lady at the booth in the strip club, Illuminati conspiracies. Those are just a few of the many many many little details in the game.
So much time and detail went into this game it's incredible honestly. It's so packed with little things you wouldn't even notice if you didn't put a lot of hours into. Even so the main heist missions and the story was engaging, add in the interesting characters and stellar voice acting.
Last of Us is good but it's nowhere near the GTA V level of experience.
