based on the fans and despite the haters on both sides Ghosts or B4 if they were released next year then yea GTA would probably win

i love gta but not as much as cod bf and other rpg's

Its going to be tough, but remember how promising Assassins creed 3 was?
Or even perhaps like Halo 4? Its a tough choice.
My moneys on Last of us between those two though.
