In GTA and Saints Row you can do almost the same things. Steal cars, kill people, etc. But the difference is GTA makes sense. You can get arrested in GTA, but in Saints Row the cops just shoot at you.

Saints Row, GTA3 is pretty wack nowadays.

When it came out tho.....that shit was like my childhood, Probs the most time I ever spent on any game.

Gta 3 cakewalks, better graphics then gta 5. Dem waking and running physics, much wow, dat Catalina.
