If you mean groups on Narutobase then they are basically little organizations where you csn alert each other or have a set location to display things or discuss characters.

For example I belong to Negative Knight's VS threads...by going to that group I csn suggest to him VS matches or see links to his most rescent VS threads.

Also I have a fanfics group where people csn post fanfics for the group members to read!!!
