Fuuin is the art of sealing, one who learns it is capable of using it in a ton of versatile ways, for example sealing techniques into scrolls, bodies for their DNA, weaponry, and much more. The best users of this, were the Uzumaki, utilizing their strong life force as a basis, they would make strong chains composed of nothing but chakra to contain even the likes of the Bijuu.
Fuinjutsu is the art of sealing things (captain obvious entered the building) with a specific vase or material. The seal is triggered, either by the user, be used as a trap, or over a specific set of time. kanji or hand seals are usually used for the purpose to bind and continually hold the material in place, while chakra is used to maintain it over a duration depending on the type you use, Kanji would be something dormant and self sealing, while hand seal is something you have to focus on yourself, like a streaming technique. The seal can be broken through specific stuff like keys, by the users commands, or in some cases, but isn't seen much, through an amazingly strong force to break the seal. Just about anything can be sealed, that includes people, energy/chakra, material, tools, weapons, etc. Some people are more adapt to sealing, while others not as much, Uzumaki were well known for their sealing abilities. You also have people like TenTen who constantly seal weapons and release them. Some more advance, others more basic. Sealing can be the different of life and death, and they can be so powerful even the tailed beasts can succumb to their power. Some seals need more people to be created as well. Fuinjutsu is an advance extension of ninjutsu, and some medical ninjas have even more power/knowledge with the ability. Also, a lot of Kinjutsu revolve around fuinjutsu. It is truly a versatile ability.

Fuuinjutsu is the art of Barrier and Sealing jutsu. An advanced form of ninjutsu, it is extremely difficult to learn and is often a testament to the skill of the user when mastered, as Orochimaru noted Kakashi was exceptionally for learning it at his age. The barrier aspect of Fuuinjutsu employs the user releasing his chakra, and condensing it into form around a given area. The barriers can be used to detect the presence of people and objects, to steal chakra, to trap people, and even to inflict damage. The most common usage of Fuuinjutsu is storage. By using seals and objects as mediums, one can seal objects and people. There are three main forms of sealing: Binding, which holds people into place and restrains movement; storage, which places an object or person within a medium, which can be another object, a sealing marking or even another creature; and releasing, the opposite of the latter aspect that frees an object from its containment. Fuuinjutsu can be used to bind others to do one's bidding, or reverse the aforementioned process
Fuuinjutsu is quite simply storage. However, utilising the properties of Fuuinjutsu, you are able to seal people, places, chakra, and even intangible elements like fire and lightning. These objects are then sealed within an object that we commonly refer to as a 'vessel'.
Using Fuuinjutsu, we are able, to some extent, violate fundamental laws which govern the physical plane of existence. For instance, when an object is sealed it does not really exist in the same space as other objects. It is sort of stuck into its own space, and since we've never experienced what it looks like inside a seal we can only theorize. However, when Naruto visited Kurama we did get a glimpse of the inside of a seal. Using Fuuin, you can literally expand the personal space of an object in order to accommodate multiple objects.

You can seal incoming techniques, you can seal explosions and release them as the opponent nears, you can seal skills of the opponent, his chakra, limbs, etc. The possibilities are almost endless.

(Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation
Ok, first jutsu. Simply perform the jutsu and ask any questions you might have. Clap your hands and focus your chakra into the form of a sphere which slowly expands outwards up to mid range. The jutsu has a ten meter radius, but a 20 meter diameter but is still mid ranged if that makes sense.
(Kekkai Houjin) - Barrier Method Battle Array
Place a series of four exploding tags in a square formation around a specific area. Focus your chakra into this boundary, and have the exploding tags trigger through the motion of an opponent. The jutsu requires some prep, but it pretty much becomes a landmine type Jutsu.
(Kekkai Kireme no Jutsu) - Barrier Shatter Technique
So focus your chakra and make physical contact with the seal (be careful with this as you don't want to directly touch a lot of these seals). Use your chakra to act as a 'key' of sorts and try to break down the seal itself. It's the equivalent of kicking down a door instead of picking the lock.

I clap my hands, and release a large amount of chakra all around my mid range radius in a short travel method, shaping it into a dome of pure chakra. The dome being quite condensed in shaping, but unable to be see for the normal eyes of a typical ninja. Concentrating on it, I'm able to sense anything that comes inside of it due to it containing my chakra, birds flying through it, lizards along the ground, nothing is safe.
I swiftly place four sealing tags in a square shape right ahead of me, no larger then short range, and short range away from my original place of standing. Nagato begins by focusing his chakra, gathering up his chakra and focusing the flow in an outwards direction from his core. He claps his hands, triggering the jutsu and releasing his chakra from his body. Using the control he has over its shape and properties, he extends the chakra in a spherical shape, with himself at the epicenter. The chakra surrounds the area around him in a diameter of 20 meters and a radius of 10, forming a barrier that is connected to his chakra in the shape of a half-dome above ground. By using the barrier as a medium, Nagato is able to sense everything in the area through their interaction with the barrier.
After performing the barrier, Nagato removes four tags with special seals on them from his pouch. He infuses chakra into the special seals, setting them to be activated by the motion of another person. He places one of them on the ground below him, then moves around the area, placing the other three, creating a perimeter in the center of the seals. Due to his chakra infused into them, anyone else who moves within this perimeter will trigger the seals, causing a fatal explosion to consume them.
Finally, Nagato approaches the barrier that his sensei pointed out to him. He focuses his chakra towards his right arm, flowing down into his dominant hand. He carefully places his hands onto the barrier, and releases the chakra he built up. The chakra is infused into the barrier and, working similarly to how chakra surges disrupt the flow of chakra for a Genjutsu, Nagato's chakra suddenly being infused into the barrier disturbs the specific balance needed for it to be maintained. This is equivalent to disrupting the base of an object; by removing the base of the barrier, Nagato causes it to become unstable and fall apart on itself,ending the barrier technique.

Apply a sealing tag to your shuriken which would then expand and form a barrier around your shuriken or kunai. Each individual barrier should be able to defend against equally ranked ninjutsu techniques.

Slam your hands on the ground, and form a powerful pink barrier of chakra. The seal begins to drain the chakra of the target. However, he can still move so it is relatively easy to escape, as long as you use a Jutsu over A rank you'd have to drop the seal in order to defend.

Description:
The user will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that connects them all together. As such, anything written in one scroll will appear written in all the connected scrolls. A very useful communication technique, it can connect scrolls regardless of the distance between them. To activate the scroll, the user needs to perform a key of hand seals that will be unique for each creation and only known to those the user wishes, preventing the use of the scrolls by those the user doesn't allow.

Nagato removes a kunai from his pouch and a special tag with the kanji 障害 (Shōgai) written on it. He infuses a fair amount of chakra into the tag as he wraps it around the kunai and throws it forward. The kunai whizzes through the air and, on a mental command, Nagato has the chakra expand outwards, using the seal as a medium. The chakra envelopes the kunai, forming a dense, spherical barrier around it. Due to the density, the barrier carries a degree of solidity, allowing it to smash into objects and people like a Ninjutsu.
Nagato then channels his chakra and releases it from his body. He shapes the chakra into a giant cuboid structure, and molds it so that it becomes dense and visible, emitting a light pink color. The barrier has a special property, being able to absorb the chakra of whoever remains inside, excluding Nagato himself due to it being his chakra. Also because it is his chakra, the stolen chakra is redistributed to him, boosting his own reserves.
Lastly, Nagato removes three red scrolls from his sleeve with the message "This is life in Kiri's aquarium" written on one of them. He nods at his friends, and using his chakra, applies a seal to the scrolls. The seal hides the written message, as well as connects them. He then performs the handseal sequence Rat Dog Rat Dragon Boar, the sequence needed to unlock the hidden message, and tosses the blank scrolls to his friends. Should they perform the technique, they will activate the seal's ability, unlocking the scroll and transcribing the message onto the seemingly blank pages.

Hana takes a single dagger from her utility belt, grabbing a single slit of paper with a single Kanji character on it's front, she places it neatly on the hilt. Flicker her wrist, the dagger is launched in a spiraling manner, from the paper, a barrier would sprout to block any mechanism that tries to divert it's course.
For the next one, she slams her hands on the ground, manifesting her chakra into a red translucent like barrier covering a doe that emerged from the bushes. In an actual fight, the barrier would continuously absorb the opponent's chakra, until they got out of it that is.
Lastly, she takes out two scrolls, the original has a message that is concealed by her chakra as she forms a specific set of handseals. Should her allies perform the same set of seals, the message will materialize itself on the scroll's endless blank pages.
