[Group] RP with less rules.. ;)

Reviving something a friend made a little while ago..

This Is a group in which rp'ers can choose any character and rp with the without the need for requirements, permission and battle tests, in case in the real rp you don't have the time to do those things or just lack training.
There's only a few rules;

1. No duplicate characters, I.e.(only 1 Sasuke, Danzo, Raikage etc. )

2. No specific battle rules other then the normal time-frame rule.

3. Jutsu from the Canon jutsu list are to be used. Cj aren't available.

4. 2 characters per person.

5. Stealing of doujutsu, weapons and other things ARE allowed.

6. ANY character can obtain any amount of biju. I.e; (If done properly Naruto can have control over 4+ biju..)

This would be nothing more than a blunt bypass of the rules. While you can make an RPG of your own, you can't do one with naruto bios and abilities inside this own. If so, why would people go to the trouble of fullfilling the requirements and such? no. And don't do this again.
