In my opinion Grinpatch is a very strong character he seems to be close to starjun and i know why he can eat anything which is already OP well we havent seen his intimidation yet and he did survive Cocos Devil Poison i guess he is much stronger than Tommyrod
I would say only alfaro, Starjun and Midora can beat him in the Bishokukai

I reckon the Bishokukai members (pre NEO corruption) were ranked like this:

And ranking them by numbers and proportion:
1. Midora = 1000
2. Staajun =800 (used about a tenth of his power vs Toriko)
3. Chiyo = 750
4. Dores = 700
5. Niceny = 690
6. Alfaro = 500
<-current Toriko = 350
7. Kuromado = 250
8. Boneless = 250
9. Karius = 250
10. Grinpatch = 100 (pre timeskip, he's probably still stronger than Toriko)
