Below neg diff, more like. Relativistic speed and destroys rock structures and enviornment just by slashing. All he needs is a blitz tenshou to win. Every espada is multiple mountain, while Yammy, Barragan and Starrk can bust grand canyon sized mountains with one attack (Respira, a Simple Cero from Yammy, Continous Cero from Stark). Bleach characters greatly outclass naruto characters, I don't even enjoy bleach anymore and it is incredibly retconned to no end, but top tier naruto's cannot touch mid tier bleach.
