[Theory] GrimmJow Theory

Well as everyone knows, Grimmjow is coming back baby!
But even I will acknowledge that pre-timeskip Grimmjow wouldn't be strong enough to mess with the Sternritters.
So what my boy Grimm needs is a powerup or two. My guess is that he will get 3 power ups.

1. He will probably get a power boost in base.
2. He will probably get a Segunda Etapa just like Ulquiorra. That would make him a lot stronger!
3. He has a nice little contrect with Urahara. I think that contract means that Urahara will make a Vasto Lorde of Grimmjow or will reveal the way to become one since he knows a lot about hollows.

This would make Grimmjow a lot stronger and able to compete with the stronger Sternritters!

I think he's just gonna get Segunda Etapa or become Vasto Lorde, but I'm leaning more towards the latter because of Grimmjow's backstory.

Grimmjow is with Urahara, Chad and Orihime and when they make their appearance he'll be there with them. Also as Urahara and Mayori explained hollows are like poison to quincies. Grimmjow is their natural weakness.
