Agree, except the part of him being easily the strongest. Stark or Ulquiorra was the strongest in my opinion, Grimmjow is a bad ass though.

He's not the strongest but he sure as hell is cool with Ulquiorra. But with the time skip I would imagine him to have surpassed Stark with all of the extensive training possibilities.

Ulquiorra and a Lanza del Relámpago vs Barraganwith and his aging shroud.
Barragns aging shroud is strong I grant you that but it has some flaws. 1. it's dangerous to everyone, even the wearer himself. 2. something with an extreme large and strong explosive attack can overcome the process of the shroud and hurt as seen by Soi fon's Bankai, and Lanza del Relámpago is IMO alot stronger than something as puny that attack.

Ulquiorra's speed and attack speed/strength all went up drastically after the release of Segunda Etapa. the only way i can see Ulquiorra being beaten by Barragan if not of outside complications is by Barragan also having Segunda Etapa.

I am not sure if Grimmjow is the strongest. He is cool though but I think Ulquiora is cooler.
