Green jounin jacket

I wa actually creating this thread to mock people's fav and condemn then for not getting the chance for putting on that green jounin jacket. However after trying to make the list of those that didn't get to wear the jacket I found that most of the really OP character didn't use Jounin jacket through out their career as ninjas and came to this conclusion apart from kakashi, ORO, Jman and uhm Minato every other shinobi that put on that shit was a weakling.

That's the problem with Naruto's power scaling. Jonin aren't weaklings - characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, and the ones you mentioned abnormally powerful, but since they are all we ever see in the EoS, it appears they represent the standard of power in the NV when they really don't.
