Greatest Taijutsu/Hand to hand In All Universes

I was just watching the Rock Lee v Kimimaro (epic btw) and next on the list was a street fighter x tekken video, which got me thinking. Who do you think the strongest hand to hand fighter is between all universes? I was thinking of nonsense such as Super Saiyan 4 and Kazuya Mishima's devil form, but I wanted to include the 8 gates and it's not any more/less natural, so I'm torn. No genjutsu, no hadoukens, no spirit bombs, just strength and speed, who is the greatest? Could Might Guy really take on Broly? Would Goku last against Kazuya? Could the fourth hang with Hayato Fūrinji? Was Kenshiro unfortunately introduced too early to the world?

I'm taking Might Guy, but I think I'm biased as he and Lee are my favorite characters.

i don't know about that. goku got owned by plenty of villians, and the only way he was able to win was to get healed and then his saiyan DNA made him stronger, or everyone gave him their energy to make a spirit bomb.

Still gotta take my Might Guy and his never ending spirit!

Since DBZ characters would send any other dude 30km with only 1 punch, lets say all have more or less the same strength so no buffs like SJJ.

I would have to go with Goku, or Master Roshi.

With buffs it would be Gogeta or by a fanboy moment lol; Broly
