Greatest Kage of all time

So who do you all believe to be the greatest Kage of all time?

My money is on Minato or Hiruzen.

It can be based on anything you consider great. I considered who were better kages for the people and village. In my opinion minato and hiruzen did more for the village as far as kage duties and ninja wars.

He was beloved by everyone(Even the Uchiha) and protected the village the longest....

Minato died too early, he was nice, but I don't think anyone got a major attachement to him, He was a young genius that led Konoha to victory in the last war and lost his life protecting the village.. noone knows the circumstances how, but that's all he'll really be remembered for

I'd like to say its A tie between Minato Hashirama and Tobirama for the simple fact Hashirama ended a 1000 year clan war a made a village, Tobirama made the village's political foundation and structure systems, while Minato single handedly ended a War and save the village

hiruzen in terms of strength, maintaining balance by using different forces like itachi, peaceful with treaties he wasn't blind like hashirama xd

-Decorated Konohagakure.
-Helped find Konoha.

hashirama's legacy as hokage is tethered together with madara because they accomplished that goal together hashirama was just chosen as the hokage but the creation of the village was them together....

true minato and hiruzen are the most remembered and loved by the villagers...true tobirama have created organization and is the reason for systems in the village but he is also the one who caused problems meaning the uchiha and there future coup attempt during hiruzen's 2nd term after minato's death...

tsunde as a hokage hasnt had too much to accomplish everything has already been done but she has did what no other kage is capable of which is during a crisis she protects and heals the villagers no matter what, everytime as crisis breaks out she risks her own life to heal the entire villager, and she accomplished things before her term as hokage which is establishing the medical system, employing medical ninja's in as parts of teams when on missions which has saved countless shinobi in history she not only did that for her own village but im sure the other villages adopted that system from her...so in terms of power compared to the other hokage she is the weakest but in terms of what it means to be hokage she is a great one

hashirama didnt do that on his own, madara/ uchiha clan did that along with hashirama/senju clan...tobirama is the reason the uchiha are dead which takes away from his legacy and drops him down to the bottom of the hokage list no matter how bad a future hokage does nothing would be worse than the causing the extinction of a founding clan


minato and hiruzen deserve that spot as greatest hokage...during hiruzen's reign it was mainly peace, problems with outside nations had rolled over to hiruzen's and miinato's reign from tobirama's(2nd and 3rd WW)


tsunade has risked her life several times to save/heal the village no kage before her has that ability and she accomplished things prior to her term which is establishing the medical system and putting medical ninja's on teams which has saved countless shinobi and the other villages have adopted that system as well...she basically can be partially credited with maintaining the shinobi population
