Full Customization Custom Ninja.
A feature I've been craving for ever since.
I'm fed up with playing the same characters (with 1-2 changed moves) for the 9000th time.
I wanna make MY OWN ninja OCs!!!
After all, quite a LOT of jutsus are "learnable" and NOT Kekkei Genkai (though even those might be "acquirable" as well, cue Ao and Kakashi).
So, why not MAKE my own ninja with a CUSTOM move set???
I'm really disappointed that it HASN'T been yet implemented EVER.
