Yup, combining these clans basically gives you Kaguya. However, mixing Yin/Yang does really interesting things to the techniques, like allowing dimension-phasing via Doujutsu, or allowing her to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi.

The Clans break down this way for me

Uchiha - Genjustu via Sharingan

Hyuga - Taijutsu via Gentle Fist style and Byakugan

Kaguya - Taijutsu via Shikotsumyaku. With their KKG, they are perfect for cqc in terms of offense and defense.

Senju/Uzumaki - Ninjutsu via their special vitality. Think of the jutsu that Senjus and Uzumakis pioneered or make the best use of. Kage Bushin (Tobirama and Naruto), Flying Thunder God (Tobirama, Minato, Naruto), Edo Tensei (Tobirama Oro, Kabuto), Byakugou (Mito, Tsunade, Sakura), chakra chains (Mito, Kushina, Karin), fuinjutsu of the Uzumaki clan (Uzumakis, Minato and Hiruzen after seeing Minato perform it), rasenshuriken, Hashirama's various woodstyle ninjutsu and sealing jutsus.

Kaguya clan beats em all.Reasons being that their bone membrane no jutsu counter the hyuuga clans byakugan.By enchancing the strength of their skin the hyuuga are unable to reach their tenketsu using their jyuuken.The basis for their kekki genkai.
They beat the uchiha because as stated many times uchiha relied of it.With kaguya being PRIMARILY a taijutsu clan their speed would be impressive.The sharingan can not counter/copy what they cant see.Nor do their reflexes if their body can not cope with the required speed and technique.
In regards to uzumaki/senju it would be VERY close. IN terms of CQC it would be suicidal for either clan to attack the kaguya's ninjutsu wise we need to take into account kaguya do have ranged jutsu.Not counting any elemental jutsu.Honestly it could go either way for any of the 3 clans.
