One can say Shibaku Tensei's black sphere is made of chakra since it's a jutsu. So maybe it gets absorbed by Kisame's jutsu ? Itachi said every jutsu has a weakness, the black sphere is Shibaku Tensei's.

All he has to do is use the jutsu from the start. Itachi and co had plenty of time to aim

Distroyng it is completly dif from absorbing chakra from it and how can Kisame can counter it with out knwng anything abt it...?

And also that tech requires some prp time and Kisame will die by that time
