Great Sage Toad!

I just read a post on another site that that the great toad sage was once a summon of the sage of the six paths. So I was wondering is this true as it also stated that he has something of the sage of the six paths and will give it to Naruto when he is ready. So yea I was just wondering if anyone can comfirm any of this and if so what is it that the toad sage has to give to Naruto and how will he benefit from it.
