Great developed character?

Who do you think is the most developed character?? (In naruto)

I would personally say Madara. He's well round in every category; Intelligence, strength, and his feats are nothing less the amazing. He's a great villain (IMO) I like how kishi made him.

I think kakashi is the most well developed. We got to see go from being a jerk arogant kid to a pretty damn cool sensei in a realistic way. Plus he has good skill and a diverse and indivisual opinion on things, but maybe I am only saying this because he is my fav character, or maybe he is my fav character because he is so well developed
