Neinhart doesn't seem to be Human, so I best bet he is a Demon, so Gray demon slaying power won't be that useless in this ARC, once Gray find out Natsu is END, he will lose his mind but he won't Fight Natsu becouse of his close friendship with him.

So his demon slaying magic won't be for END but Sprigaan Demons, a Gray vs Natsu Showdown is highly unlikely to happen anytime soon, so NEINHART seems like he no human, maybe he is a DEMON and Gray will fight him instead of END.

I feel Hiro has been setting up Natsu vs Gray for quite a while and he finalized it when he made Silver tell Gray to "destroy" END, though this does not mean he won't be fighting Neinhart
