-Gravity Release?- Make it (Canon) or Keep it (Fanfic)

Just wondering if it's possible that Kishimoto will actually make this release canon and not stay fanfic or at least apart of an dimension. I would love the idea to control gravity. Do you think it's a little over power? Tell me what you think?

It must be implemented, otherwise it wouldn't make any sense, and thus it would be a plothole.

The exact basis behind the Rinnegan's abilities is not known yet. Maybe it is gravity release, but maybe not.

There are several techniques that manipulate gravity/weight. There is no need for a "gravity release", because we already have canon abilities related to gravity. /endthread
