Technically from what we have seen, once the MS techs are unlocked you can use them without the eye. Now i think that eye still has to be in good condition regardless of its presence within the users body or not.

Sasuke went blind because he overused it, to the point where he could no longer use it due to the fatigue of MS techniques. The difference between him and Madara is that Madara didn't overuse the Sharingan he just simply took his eyes out and gave them to someone else (Nagato).

Of course This is only possible with susano'o and not amatarasu since that NEEDS eyes because you have to cast it and shit. So to conclude. You can use Susano'o to a certain extent but it will suffer durability issues.

This goes for rinnengan Abilities too since he UNLOCKED it, this seems to be the only logical explanation. Madara could only sense and could not truely harness the power of the rinnengan without its presence in his socket however certain abilities can be used

It's clear you don't need MS active for Susano'o. Itachi had his active without his MS being activated, and we should have learned that when Madara used it with Rinnegan.

No logic. The doujutsu seem to work without being present in one's skull, or even affect the other half of a pair while in someone elses skull... The fact that they say, or present imagery of how things work, or seem to work, don't point out logic, per se.

Abilities partly kept is seemingly non-sense as well. The only thing that could slightly back up Madara, is the fact that Uchiha brains change after unlocking something, however, the Kakashi side tell us some highly illogical paranormal connection surrounds the (Uchiha) Doujutsu.

For F's sake... you need you brother's eyes, your rivals DNA, a near death experience to keep your amputated eyes' abilities to function... fiction, dude... no logic whatsoever.
