INTRODUCTION
Hello guys first I would like to talk about Origin/Creation of Naruto World, yeah I meant as whole planet.
I will admit that I am Christian Believer, so some of my theory can be influenced by my religion, but anyway I will try to stay unbiased as much as I can. Also I understand that Kishi is using hinduism/Shinotoism and Buddhism, with little to none part of Christianity playing role in story.
Why did I even create such thread ?, It is because Juubi considered as God didn't create humankind as some people claim and I will try to elaborate why i think that.
SO let's move on and I will explain my theory.

SO let's move on and I will explain my theory.
CREATION/ORIGIN of Naruto's World
I believe that Juubi hasn't existed always, from the begining but it was created as well by truelly God. Whatever he was Buddha, some Ancient God or God of Gods(The highest one) is irrelevant as I have none knowledge to even say that he/she existed for sure. Comming back to topic, One day The God decided to create planet(Naruto's World), now I will skip part about space, because we didn't get any hints that there could be more then one planet in Naruto story. After creating planet, The God wanted to decorate and creates wonderfull sights , but he decided to create Godly creature/existence which make it for him. This Godly creature is known even in current times as Juubi/Ten tails.
Juubi's role/task and Creation of Humankind
Juubi's task was to create enviroment, nature, landscape, animals, simply everything but except one existence, yes Juubi was forbidden to create Humankind.
^^ Juubi has power to create, is progenitor of everything what exists
However existing /= Living
Juubi created everything, even countries but still no humankind...
^^ Juubi is not evil monster..., as in the scan it says : "speak no evil", "hear no evil" "see no evil"
The God himself/herself decided to create humankind as image of himself/herself, so humankind was created and first people were taking first steps on the planet. After creation of Juubi's task was just to protect all his creation as nature, enviroment etc...
Unfortunetly some day people begin to discover some means to be better then other, they wanted to rule others, so they could work for them. Meanhwile people begin to destroy nature/enviroment as they thought that everything was created to be used by them. Juubi's wasn't worried because at first people were using nature with balance, but soon the war/battles exploded and humankind began to destroy nature/enviroment very badly. In the end Juubi couldn't bear Malice and destruction brought by humankind, so it decided to got rid off Humankind, Juubi began his rampage to wipe out humankind completly from this planet. The God was watching all what was happening on planet, but decided to not interfere as Juubi has every right to do what it was doing.

God's Act of Mercy and Birth of Sage of six paths
The Juubi continued his destruction brought to humankind, people began to consider it as final judgement so they began to call Juubi God, as they saw how powerfull monster was..., then as well Juubi got word "evil" associated with it as People called this monster pure evil. Meanwhile Some people, monks was trying to stop wars, were spreading peace idea and even tried to stop some people ending very injured/wounded or even dead. These monks were praying a lot to God to give humankind second chance, to give them forgivness.
Finally The God decided to take a pity on humankind, and blessed one of young man/child with power of his eyes. This man was only one who saw The God as he appeared in front of this monk, God explained to Monk who was called Sage of six paths later due to mastering all six types of chakra, that he can't kill Juubi as Juubi is God's creation and is only source of any existence on this planet, without it this planet would be just giant rock.
^^ As Jirayia said that Rinnengan was sent from heaven as God's tool in time of chaos and unending wars to bring peace/balance to the world, or to utterly destroy the world.
The Sage of six paths found out devine existence of chakra:
, then found out way to defeat Juubi, God's existence by using nature energy to amplify his own chakra entering special mode called after his name, Sage mode. Actually Sage of six paths was first human to make friends with animals, enviroment and nature..., he taught possible ways to acquire Sage mode to first animals as Toad known nowdays as "Great Sage Toad of Myoboku's Mountain", Snake known nowdays as "White Snake Sage of Ryūchi Cave" and snail known nowdays as "unknown name".
After doing everything he planed to do as teaching samurai(Current people) about chakra, meaning of nature etc., Sage of six paths went finally to confront with Juubi
Finally The God decided to take a pity on humankind, and blessed one of young man/child with power of his eyes. This man was only one who saw The God as he appeared in front of this monk, God explained to Monk who was called Sage of six paths later due to mastering all six types of chakra, that he can't kill Juubi as Juubi is God's creation and is only source of any existence on this planet, without it this planet would be just giant rock.

Sage of six paths vs Juubi
Irony in Sage of six paths and Juubi meeting was that Juubi didn't want to fight SOSP and save him because he understand meaning and importance of nature and care about it in opposite to rest of humankind. However SOSP was persistent and decided to fight for humankind with Juubi.
After Long and hard battle Sage of six paths sealed Juubi in himself as he knew that Juubi can't be killed and could be revived right away after being killed because it is source of this planet.

Two Gods sharing authority/power/control over The World
I think that worth of mention is fact that Hidan believed is some God called "Jashin", and he granted immortality to Hidan..., seems like real deal of power.

I believe that The God was complete power over creation and could be known as God of Creation while Jashin could have complete power over destruction as God of Destruction.
The God of Creation and God of Destruction - Ying and Yang
Shinigami itself was mere creature created by Jashin to do all death stuff. The Shinigami seal was just technique which make use of Shinigami itself, so even not Uzumaki clan was able to create Shinigami but just got access to Shinigami, to use this in emergency situations.

CONCLUSION
- Juubi was created by The highest God
- Juubi isn't evil, and it created all nature, enviroment, trees, animals, etc.
- Juubi didn't create humankind, The highest God did
- Rinnengan manifested in one of young monk's eyes due to suffering he experienced through war, time of chaos
- Rinnengan eyes are God's eyes
- Juubi can't be killed as it's source of every existing think in the world besides humankind
- Juubi went at rampage on humankind due to people destroying nature, enviroment...
- The God was responsible for birth of Sage of six paths
- Juubi didn't want to kill The Sage, but was forced due to Sage protecting humankind
