Govt. plan to make passive soldiers

Now, before I start the thread, I'd like to say ..I know I usually make threads non-related to anime whatsoever.. that might be boring to most ppl..so I will be putting some effort in anime related threads from tomorrow on ok? xd


A long time ago I saw a video posted by Anonymous hacktivists about a indoor govt. presentation (secretly?) that was filmed. The presentation was about a policy proposal in which the government was allowed to use a chemical in the middle-east that supposedly would make people passive/less aggressive. They mentioned the term 'aggressive muslim' quite often as an excuse to use the chemical.

Here's a video in which a new govt. proposal is explained in which american veterans with suicidal thoughts will be treated with another govt. made chemical that makes them passive so they can deal better with their mental issues.

I'm planning on joining the marines when i'm finished with High school but, i'm not interested in taking my life during service.
The spray seems like a interesting solution to ending military suicides.

EDIT: The title is sort of misleading the intent is not to make passive soldiers but to lead away from ill mental thought of suicide and such.

EDIT 2: The video was intense and sad. What is he suggesting? Should we stop war? Stop enlisting soldiers stop sending them into combat?

and @Ultimate Uzumaki Form, the title isn't misleading cuz if you look from a wider perspective: In the end, the govt. wants passive and abiding citizens/soldiers who don't complain or ask questions.

its sad to see things like this....the solution is not some spray or drugs....people need to stop using drugs unless they are absolutley neccessary....unless i have like a 101.5 fever or higher i wont touch tylonel, and as a result i get sick rarely and when i do it is for like a day......i guess what i am saying is people need to learn to deal with the things in their life.....the people who suicide in normal lives, usually are just taking things to seriously......

i guess what i am saying is there are ways to deal with it....drugs are not the answer....how is the suicide rates in a small war, less than the rates in a incredibly bloody and brutal war, called the civil war....there were literally times where it was brother against brother, and it would be similar if all of a sudden the army decided to fight itself.........

obvidiously there shouldve been higher rates with the more horific combat...but they were able to cope with it better than the soldiers today....so the key to stopping the suicide rates is not the drug, but to find out what it was then that enabled them to cope during the civil war
