I'd prefer it if they found someone from a different planet in the universe whose stronger than Roshi. Roshi has a power level of 200, so it would make no sense if there was no one in U7 besides the Z Fighters stronger than him.

His power lvl is probably the lowest out of all the z fighters, but it is higher than 200.
Roshi his power lvl has likely increased over time in the series.
He managed to defeat many soldiers from Frieza's army in revival of F.
Frieza solders in the series had much higher power lvls than 200.
Maybe master Roshi's relatively low power lvl will be surprisingly of use,
or maybe some special ability of his.
