Or some thing happened to soul soicty before 1000 year and uruhara was there and zero squad came and took him

First captain unohana is one of the oldest captains.

Second Kisuke urahara grew up with Yorouichi and he was promoted yo captain after her.

Unohana was one of them. Almost guaranteed at this point. I don't see how she could have the title of the "first Kenpachi" unless she was one of the original Gotei 13.

agree with you cuz people don't read well manga idk how to express in manga 520 it was said that unohana is first kenpachi and in chapter when juha bach killed yamayii i think chapter is called die standing he said that yamayi softened ,he was nowhere like he was 1000 yeaars ago and they were divisions so i 100 % sure she was with them

Shutara Senjumaru was promoted to squad zero sometime during the last 100 years. She worked at the research bureau which we all know was establihed by Urahara Kisuke about 109 years ago. So no, she wasn't in those early divions, she probably wasn't even born then.
