I'm not biased. How does Juubito defeats Kenpachi ? Kenpachi has achieved shikai now and his restraints are gone. Even Yamamoto feared what he might become.

I'm sure Minato can do that but only if he had marked/given them chakra. But Aizen could just troll him into doing whatever he wishes. Barragan could destroy the tags with his ability. Yamamoto and his fire thingie too. Or Hitsugaya with his ice flower of death attacks. Or Byakuya with his Gokei and his millions blades (which are almost as fast as Ichigo)

And the Rikuduou Sennin, an omnipotent figure in NV, has creation of all things, so hypothetically he can make a clone of every Bleach character or replicate their power and use it against the Bleach Universe.
