*As the waters sway back and forth in the calm wind, Law stands in the center of the crescent. His sword leaning on his chest and shoulder, he awaits the agent he agreed to meet with. Aware that this could very well be a trap meant to capture because of the crimes he committed in this country, Law mentally prepares himself for anything. As a man in a suit approaches, the wind picks up violently, causing the water to rush rather than sway. The suit, the wind, Law assumes this man is the agent. Being cautious, he activates his Observation Haki into long range, awaiting the man's actions.*

Description: Kenbunshoku Haki, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or extremely brief (within a couple of seconds) "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". This lets the user somewhat keep up with someone even if they are no more than double the user's current speed.The user can see the attack coming and counter it, however the user cannot simply "dodge it". The user cannot dodge some weaker ones also if they cannot do so logically, example : Your opponent sends a huge fireball at you, you cannot simply dodge it for the fireball is too big, however, you can counter the attacks. The "dodging" motion is only usable if you're fighting a taijutsu user or if the attack is a small direct one. The user also does not since sense people by their chakra, however they do so by their "presence". Once activated it remains active for the duration of the turn but must be reactivated again.

Stop right there. Open the envelope, and read the letter out loud to me.

Solf smiles and bows.

"As you wish."

Solf opens the letter and looks up towards the man. The smile has gone south, it is more sinister.

"Dear Sir, YOU ARE DEAD."

As he say the words "you are dead", he had infused his vocals with chakra to enhance his vocals to the point when he had talked he pushed the man back a few meters.

Solf smiles and the man falls backwards but as he stops water from all directions smashes onto him stabbing his body.

*As Law sees Solf inhale in between the words "are" and "dead", he realizes that there's no way a man this fit is already out of breath, and deduces it must be a technique that will emitt from his mouth. As Solf is infusing chakra with his vocal chords, Law flows chakra down into his hand. As Solf releases the Soundwave, and it tears up the ground directly in from of him, Law converts the chakra into Raiton, and flicks his wrist, releasing a mass of lightning from his palm. To Solf, the lightning appears as a blur that collides with the soundwave, stopping before it strikes Law.*

Solf notices this sound shockwave is destroyed so he continued with the water technique.

*As Solf creates the water, Law hears the water raising out of the ocean. As Solf gives it shape and is about to launch it, Law embeds Lightning into his leg muscles. As Solf launches the water, Law uses the Lightning embedded in his muscles to launch himself forward i na diagonal by five feet. As he moves forward, which takes about a second, Law releases more Lightning chakra from his body, creating a field of lightning through the air that continuously electrocutes Solf, breaking his concentration.*

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.

Description:The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that if the opponent is within the field he/she is constantly shocked by lightning. Although, raiton jutsu are almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.
