Gorochu?

Is this real or can be confirmed? I guess now of all time, pikachu(shine) had a third form not including pichu so in other words riachu(lighting) can evolve into a gorochu ( thunder)

Now I've been seeing some articles saying gorochu was scratched outta the manga and anime since the beginning . I guess a wave of fan boys are trying to make this cannot?

If it's true or not gorochu would be a cool concept and power boost to the shameful riachu. Maybe ash will final thinking about evolving his damn pikachu.

They ditched it to keep balance in the game, whatever that means.

From what I've read they mocked up the design but never programed it or produced it in any manner. Supposedly there are drawings, or were drawings made, whether they exist or not I don't know but I don't think anyone's seen it.
