Good signature size?

Well some say its 150x400 some 150x500 and none of you use that size. What the **** guys -_- Tell me which one you think is the best please.

Signatures have to be within 600 x 300 so I don't think 150 x 400 is even allowed.

Max size is 600x300. Perhaps you meant 400x150 and 500x150? I personally prefer a 500x150 signature but it really depends on the image you want to use, so basically it's up to you (as long as it doesn't go beyond max size).

I usually keep the tags i make in the dimensions between 450x250 or 450x200, if that helps.
