Good Sasuke or Evile Sasuke. who's better?

Sasuke turning good isn't going to radically change his character. Just because he turned good doesn't mean he's gonna start sporting smiles and laugh at jokes.

The new "good" Sasuke will be somewhat similar to the original Sasuke at the beginning of the series. He'll still be quiet, arrogant, and a little smug.

I'm not sure. The Sasuke from part 1 is not exactly like the Sasuke in the last chapter. I feel like a bit of Itachi is in him now, and possibly giving us a glimpse of who he could have been if he grew up without witnessing the clan massacre. Evil Sasuke was just sad, lost and always in pain. I never liked him that way. I like him as he is now and I'm curious (I feel like Orochimaru saying this) to see how he acts now that everything's cleared up in his mind and heart.

Bullshit. Evil Sasuke is better.

Why? When he's evil and hate shit it increases his power. Hatred makes an Uchiha Strong.
Good Sasuke was questioning himself why he was so Weak. Itachi told him of course "You Lack Hatred".

Evil Sasuke > Good Sasuke

He is good as in right now like in the beginning of Shippuden, but not 100% good when his personality changes as if he smiles and some jokes.

I like 'neutral' Sasuke the most. I'm referring to when he was in 'Hebi', when he was not allied with Naruto nor Orochimaru. He was strategic and independent, exactly how Sasuke should have been.

'Good' Sasuke reminds me of PTS Sasuke from the fillers. That doesn't really suit him to be heroic, either.

'Evil' Sasuke is probably referring to how crazy he was at the Kage Summit. All he could do was spam Amaterasu/Susano'o and had a clumsy way of fighting, getting himself beaten up and just barely surviving.
